Social Pages

I don't think it needs to be said but social networking may just be the most important tool to come out of the last decade. I think that it's immensely important because it isn't just a realm which families and lonely individuals can take advantage of anymore. Even business have climbed onboard and it has become easily the most effective marketing tool anyone can imagine. Knowing the ways that certain figures in Hollywood act, though, does this necessarily mean that celebrities could constantly engage themselves in it?

To put it simply, the words you put on any social networking page are ones that represent you. In essence, if you type something, it's most likely that it includes vernacular and speech patterns which are most like the ones you possess. For example, when I say something sarcastic, I don't mean it to be taken in a serious regard since it's simply my way of showcasing a more lighthearted side. Celebrities, like businesses, have to be careful about what they post, which companies the likes of fishbat may attest to.

Let's say that a business made a post about a tragic event; how exactly does it go about doing so? One of the fashions that can be taken up is to simply post condolences and nothing else; it may seem basic but I find it to be the best approach. What isn't such a great idea, though, is making the same post but then linking back to the company's website. It does nothing but show that it was simply a means to advertise when it should not have been done.

Celebrities seem to flock to Twitter in the way that birds do to seeds and I don't think that there's a better comparison to make. Of course, you'll always have comments made on Twitter that make you question why they were made to begin with. For example, Kanye West posted a comment last year in September, saying that Kim Kardashian didn't know what a blessing he was to her. It might have meant more coming from her but him saying such was something that came across as egotistical.

As you can see, social networking can be done well in the case of companies expanding their markets. It's clear that this has become such a great platform over the course of many years and I believe that businesses would be wise to get onboard with it if they haven't already. With these methods being done in the most effective ways imaginable, there are fashions which go to show that not everything is golden and certain celebrities have made this very clear. Their words are amplified many times through the Internet, as would be the case for anyone's.
